But don't tell anybody! <BR/>When I was younger I used to think it was funny that my parents and in-laws retreated to the bedroom at around 1pm everyday. But hey, now that I'm getting older, it doesn't take much to convince me I need a nap! Especially when my sleep pattern seems to be deteriorating rapidly.
